One of the brands I super love is Cath Kidston. I fell in love with the vintagefeel and floral prints of the items. I learned about the company from Daphne. It was the first time I liked flower prints since I used to hate them. I guess I’m getting old. I used to cringe at the thought of flowery fabric and thought it was too girly. And then when I learned about Cath Kidston, I changed my mind.
I couldn’t find Cath Kidston in Manila two years ago. I searched eBay for Cath Kidston bags and bought these two.
I use these two oil-cloth waterproof bags often because they’re very feminine and are waterproof. Imagine my excitement when my sister told me that Cath Kidston was opening in Bangkok, Thailand. Finally, a store I could actually visit someday. It opened earlier this year. Right now, there are three stores in Bangkok. I happened to visit two: Cath Kidston Mega Bangna and a section in Siam Paragon Mall.
Pretty stuff! I wanted to get everything but I found them expensive. It would be cheaper if I buy online instead of buying from the store. The only thing I bought was an eraser. Haha! It was actually my toddler who saw this for 80 Baht. It’s the only thing I could afford. 😀
By the way, this wasn’t the first time I saw Cath Kidston in Bangkok. When I went there last year, fake Cath Kidston bags were all over Pratunam. I was disappointed at that time because I just bought the original from the UK. I just hate it when fake versions of the brands I adore are everywhere.

You can find Cath Kidston in Thailand in Mega Bangna, Central Plaza, Central World, and Siam Paragon Mall. In the Philippines, I only know one store that sells Cath Kidston bags in Manila – Accessory Lab in Power Plant Mall – but there are some stuff listed in eBay.ph by different sellers.

I lived in Bangkok for 3 years and yes, fakes of really cool brands are easily made and sold. Nothing beats getting the original though. By the way, I’m also blessed with the scripture you’ve indicated above 🙂 Have a great day!
Stuffs like these are common in Bangkok, Thailand. Some are expensive, and some are cheap. And the Bible text is just so right! 🙂
The bags design look cool and hip and it must have a large following in Bangkok.
